- Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days.* Processing time does not include weekend days.
- Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday. Orders placed on major holidays will be processed the following business day.
- Orders with Standard Service are processed within 1 - 2 business days.
- Orders with Overnight or Second Day Service will be processed the same business day if the order is placed by 2:00 PM EST.
- Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays).
We're sorry, we are currently unable to accept orders that are billed or shipped to destinations outside of the U.S. We apologize for any inconvenience.
*All orders are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases will be processed and shipped.
You may check the status of your most recent orders by visiting the Order Status page in your account.
When you click on Order Status link you will be prompted to log in with your email address and password. An order summary page will provide you with detailed information about your current and past orders. After your order is shipped, your tracking number will be displayed, if available. To track your order via the carrier's website, you may click on the tracking number to view the delivery status of your order.
*Please note: Some carriers may not have tracking information available for up to 24 business hours after the order is shipped.
If you would like to cancel an online order after it has been placed, please contact us by phone at 1-866-262-2402 within one hour of placement. We will do our best to accommodate your request. Once an order is processing, we regret that it cannot be changed or cancelled.
An order, or part of an order, may be cancelled because:
- Item(s) are not available
- Difficulty in processing payment information
- Cannot ship to the address provided
- A duplicate order was placed
- By customer request
- Purchase limits have been exceeded
If your order is cancelled, you will receive an email notice to advise you of the cancellation. You will not be billed for any cancelled items. If you have questions about a cancelled order, please contact our Online Service Experts via live chat or 1-866-262-2402.
If an item selected is temporarily out of stock at the time of your order, you will be notified and advised of the expected ship date of the backordered item. Backordered items are shipped as soon as they are available. If for any reason you wish to cancel a backordered item prior to its shipment, please contact us via live chat or 1-866-262-2402 and we will be happy to assist you.
We regret that we must limit orders to no more than eight (8) of any single item and 14 total items per customer. In addition, we must also limit orders to no more than three (3) orders per customer per day. For your security, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match these criteria.

Simply enter your offer code in the text box marked “Offer Code” on the Billing page during the Checkout process. When an offer code is accepted, it will be displayed on the “Order Review” page. Please Note: Offer codes are case sensitive and should be entered exactly as they appear. Only one offer code may be used per online order.
Kilian Paris Online offers Gift Wrap Services during holiday times. Gift orders always receive special care at Kilian Paris. We will be happy to create a beautiful gift package for you.
If you wish to have your online order packaged as a gift, simply click on the "Gift-Wrap" option during "Checkout".
Please note: Multiple items within a single gift order will be presented as one gift package.
To Edit Item Quantity - click on the quantity box, change the number, and click the "update" button.
To Remove an Item - click on the word "remove" next to the quantity box. The product wil then be removed from your shopping bag.

If the tracking information for your package is confirmed delivered, and you are unable to locate the delivered package please:
1. Check with neighbors and family members
2. Look around the delivery location
3. Check for notice of attempted delivery
4. Contact the carrier directly who can assist further
Note: Kilian Paris Online monitors claims of lost, missing, wrong and damaged items for abuse. Lost, missing, wrong and damaged items must be reported immediately upon receipt of the shipment, and any damaged, wrong, missing items must be retained (including the shipper). Kilian Paris Online reserves the right to limit or deny the reshipment or credit of an order/item in all instances.
