COGNAC HENNESSY • 4 cl
VANILLA SUGAR • 1 Sachet
CINNAMON POUDER • 1,5 gr
ANGOSTURA BITTER • 6 Dashes
HAZELNUT OIL • 3 Dashes
STEPS OF PREPARATION
1 Using a lighter, burn a cinnamon stick,
an let it infuse for a few minutes in an upside down glass.
2 In your cocktail glass, pour the cognac, sugar,
powdered cinnamon and the six drops of Angustora.
3 Add ice cubes and mix.
Add three sprays of hazelnut oil.
4 Finish your cocktail by decorating it with
the smoking cinnamon stick and the chocolate bar.
