Step 1 In a shaker tin, mix Tequila and apricot jam, muddle and let sit for 1 minute.

Step 2 Add all the remaining ingredients, stir for 30 seconds, double strain into the glass over fresh ice. Add the orange blossom soda.

Step 3 Decorate with a rosebud.
