ROSE AND GERANIUM INFUSED APRICOT JAM • 2 cl
ORANGE BLOSSOM SODA • 5 cl
VIOLET LIQUOR ( QUAGLIA ANTICA) • 2 cl
LEMON JUICE • 2 cl

STEPS OF PREPARATION
1 In a shaker tin, mix Tequila and apricot jam, muddle and let sit for 1 minute
2 Add all the remaining ingredients, stir for 30 seconds, double strain into the glass over fresh ice.
Add the orange blossom soda
3 Decorate with a button of rose.
